We started from what an average sale leaves here and worked backwards. Listing five properties is free, forever, and the paid plan costs less than two 30-day listings on the leading portal.

Enquiries

The clients who come through Viventa cost nothing, on every plan.

The enquiries people send about your listings reach you on every plan, at no cost per enquiry. If one of those enquiries ends in a closed sale, Viventa charges your plan’s referral fee: a percentage of the commission you earn, which you see before you accept each enquiry. While a plan’s rate is on request, nothing is charged. We do not promise a number: enquiries depend on what people are looking for.

Billed in US dollars. Your Dominican debit or credit card works, and so does a bank transfer.

How each project is published

You choose per project, when you publish it, and change it whenever you like.

MLS only
Professionals with a plan see it in the Viventa MLS; the public does not. The project pays no monthly fee.
Public showcase
On /proyectos and in search, for any visitor. It needs the project’s showcase: a monthly fee that depends on the commission chosen and that we confirm with you.

In both modes your company chooses a commission of 4 %, 5 % or 6 % on sales to buyers who came through Viventa, under the commission agreement.

When an agency or an agent publishes the project under a mandate, Viventa charges it no commission: its public showcase is a monthly fee per project, on request.

Luxury

Everything in Pro, the luxury tools — the luxury page for your listings and the luxury profile — and the lowest referral fee.

A property enters Viventa Lujo when it meets the market’s published criteria — minimum price, photographs, verification — or when the team includes it, and always from an office on a Luxury plan. The plan does not ensure that a property enters, nor a position within the showcase.

What no plan promises

No plan guarantees a number of enquiries, the sale of a listing, a position in the results or the closing of a deal. Allowances, featured inventory and service levels are described as what they are, and all promotional content is labelled.

A plan gives you tools and reach. The result comes from your work, and anyone who sells you otherwise is selling something they cannot deliver. What we verify, and what we do not
